2011 Legacy of Letters Tour Registration

Tour Price

The price of the 8-day tour is $3950 ($3450 for students)*. This includes all hotels, breakfast, special dinners, buses and other ground transportation, museum and other admission fees. It does not include the cost of air travel to and from Italy or meals other than those specified above.

The price of the 3-day workshop is $500 ($450 for students). It includes all materials and a special dinner, but does not include lodging. Accommodations in Valdobbiadene (and transportation to and from the Tipoteca) can be arranged for an additional $250 ($200 for students).

A special discounted price for the tour and workshop together is $4300 ($3800 for students)*.

Tour Deposit

To secure a space in the tour and/or workshop, a deposit of $1500 is due upon registration with the balance due May 20. If the tour is canceled for any reason or a participant must withdraw prior to May 20 the tour fee will be returned minus $250 for administrative costs. There will be no refunds after May 20 other than for documented serious medical reasons. Use the button below to pay your deposit now:

*Prices are based on single room occupancy. Double room occupancy can be arranged upon request for participants who join as a pair willing to share a room or, where possible, we can match two individual participants. The total discount for double room occupancy will be $250 per person for the 9 nights. College students must present a current identification card as proof of their enrollment. The student discount will also apply to those who graduate between December 1, 2010 and July 1, 2011.
